Fire TV Stick comes in two variants, one with 4K and the other ordinary one with FHD support. We will see more differences later in this post.

This stick works on android os but you don't have access to google play store. This means the apps need to be side-loaded on it. But you will have access to most of useful apps that are required on a TV through in-built app store. From prime video, voot, tvf play, netflix,hotstar,youtube and many more. Remember, you will need to purchase subscription yourself wherever applicable. It also has a web browser, so you can surf the internet as you wish on your TV.          All these specification are common in both the variants. Some other differences are, the 4K variant also has support for Dolby vision, HDR, HDR 10, HLG and HDR 10+. Apart from these differences, both are exactly same. Note for Dolby vision, Dolby audio and HDR to work, your TV must be compatible with these.
